DELIVERY AND DEADLINES
As soon as you place an order and the item is in stock, we prepare your order as soon as possible. The confirmation of your order and the approximate time will then be communicated to you via e-mail.
Your orders are sent via La Poste.
We deliver everywhere : in France and internationally*, the choice of destination is made when entering the delivery address before confirming your order.
For orders destined for Metropolitan France and Europe, the average time after dispatch is 3 to 5 working days, but can be extended in the event of heavy traffic.
For orders to non-EU countries, DOMS-TOMS and international delivery times vary depending on the destination.
*In the case of a delivery outside Metropolitan France, customs fees may be applied and time delivery can be extended.
A tracking number is sent to you for all orders placed on the site.
The seller is in no way responsible for any problems that may occur during delivery.
RETURNS
You have a period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to return the items to us and be reimbursed. Beyond this period, no return can be accepted. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Returned products must imperatively be returned in their original condition, with the label and its packaging. Please enclose the completed Return form with your return, which can be downloaded from your personal space in My Account section.
In case of missing label, product already worn, or damaged, we will not be able to accept your return and no refund will be made.
Refunds are generally made within 15 days of receipt of your return, via the same payment method used for your purchase.
